Global Risk Alliance was founded in 1996 and in the last fifteen years Global Risk Alliance has become a premier provider of risk management services working with over 280 companies, in 16 countries since the company’s establishment.

Commencing as a Sydney based consultancy specializing the defence and aviation industries, within four years, Global Risk Alliance branched into Asia providing risk management consultancy and training across Asia Pacific region. With opportunities increasing to work in countries beyond Australasia, Global Risk Alliance opened its office in Washington DC in 2006 and has continued to grow in North America since that time.

With a strong and dedicated executive leadership team who are passionate about corporate governance and risk management, Global Risk Alliances team is driven to provide augmentation to their clients around the world to minimize risk and maximize opportunity.

Global Risk Alliance has proven its expertise working with some of the world’s largest companies such as Boeing, the Shipping Corporation in India, Eva Industries, Department of Defense (USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Singapore) and Merck, Sharpe and Dohme. With a strong foundation in complex industries, Global Risk Alliance has taken their best practice proprietary programs and diversified into a wide spectrum of industries. Demonstrating its commitment to developing the field of risk management, Global Risk Alliance is actively involved applied research and development. Lead by the company’s Chief Risk Officer Michael Barron, Global Risk Alliance has invested over $2.5M into developing the field of risk management in dedicated R&D projects.
